We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our Technical Team, supporting the coordination, review, and delivery of Mechanical & Electrical works for residential projects.

Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure smooth project execution
• Liaise with M&E consultants on design, technical matters, and coordination issues
• Ascertain and provide for all M&E and building services requirements in collaboration with project staff
• Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with authority requirements
• Highlight and advise project staff on interfacing issues between M&E services and building works
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including design consultants/engineers, client representatives, and statutory/authority agencies, to establish design deliverable requirements for submission
• Review design deliverables with consultants/engineers to ensure completeness and readiness for submission
• Attend to technical clarifications as required to resolve issues and develop method statements
• Support project management and site supervision activities
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering issues and drawing plans
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in construction supervision of M&E building services works for residential projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, including A&A works within existing residential developments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM, with a full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP requirements
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Experience in high-rise residential projects will be an advantage
• Willing to work in a site office
