Job Summary

Join HTELite as a Maths teacher delivering tailored instruction for standardized tests in local and international schools. Use your expertise to engage students, customize lessons, and support their academic growth in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize lesson plans to address individual student learning needs and goals
• Provide detailed written feedback on student progress to guide improvement
• Create curriculum materials aligned with British and American curricula standards
• Identify learning obstacles and implement strategies to overcome them
• Supervise students during peak hours to ensure a safe and productive environment
• Adapt teaching methodologies proactively to enhance student engagement and motivation
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduling demands including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Communicate clearly and solve problems promptly to support student success
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support center operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 3 years of teaching experience
• Knowledge of British and American curricula considered a significant advantage
• Master’s or PhD degree in Maths or related fields highly valued
• Understanding of tuition center dynamics, emphasizing individualized student attention
• Demonstrated perseverance, dedication, and flexibility in teaching roles

Work Schedule

• Five or six days per week, based on availability
• Weekday hours: 09:00 to 20:00
• Weekend hours: 09:00 to 18:00 with arranged breaks
• Schedule may vary during school breaks and public holidays
