Job Description

• Responsible for the academic development ensure quality of teaching and teaching staff properly adopt the curriculum framework
• Customize curriculum, assessment to develop new and innovative educational programme and teaching methodology
• Conduct reviews and evaluate curriculum make recommendations for improvement
• Conduct workforce planning and identify manpower capability needs
• To create a high performance energy learning atmosphere at the center by leading motivate teaching team
• Collaborate with training team to participate in classroom observation and provide coaching to teaching team to enhance teaching standards
• Collaborate with Admin team on schedule of the staff, provide resources for classes and covering for staff absences

Requirements

• Degree or Master Degree in Science / Math or relevant educational fields
• 5 years of leadership experience and prior experience in 5 years of teaching fields
• Supervisory experience required
• Good understanding of educational sector
• Ability to inspire and motivate your team
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on weekends
