As a Planner, you will be responsible for equipment & spares demand planning. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing sales requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and Plan Equipment / Options / Spares Requirements
• Manage & Drive Equipment / Options / Spares Demand & Supply Commits
• Act as key interface between Business Unit, Sales, Engineering, Production Planning & Operations & Order Management Team
• Manage day-to-day operation and maximize on hand resources for optimal support to internal and external customers
• Responsible to drive Shipment and Revenue
• Analyse & Manage Excess & Obselences
• Work closely with Business Units on Product Configurations & Customised BOM Management
• Prepare and analyse periodic/executive reports to support business requirements
• Execute new processes to support changing business requirements
• Performs other duties as assigned .

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Planning role in semiconductor or equipment manufacturing industry & Supply Chain.
• A high level of interaction is required between internal support teams and customers, thus possessing good interpersonal and negotiation skills will be pre-requisite.
• Able to work in highly customer driven environment and are expected to work under pressure with the ability to resolve work issues and resilient to changes.
• Resourceful and being analytical are essential for the role with good problem solving skills and recommend solutions.
• Able to work as a team, provide support and cooperation among peers and different levels in the Organization.
• Must be Proficient in Excel & relevant analytical tools are essential for the role, in addition to having experience with Oracle ERP.
• Good communication and analytical skills in preparing business analysis reports and presentation.
• Project management skill is an advantage, in leading project work.
