Working Hours: 730AM - 438PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Material Planners in executing daily material planning activities.

•  Assist in tracking purchase orders and delivery schedules with Central Supply Chain and/or suppliers to ensure timely material availability.

•  Update and maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP), including delivery dates, order confirmations and material status updates.

•  Support the monitoring and reporting of material shortages, past due orders and supplier delivery performance.

•  Assist Material Planners in expediting critical materials to support production schedules and mitigate supply disruptions.

•  Support inventory management activities including tracking excess, obsolete or slow-moving materials.

•  Assist with coordination of materials related to engineering changes, new product introductions and supplier transitions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline

• Basic understanding of supply chain or materials planning processes.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP preferred.
