Location: Takashimaya, B2 Food Hall
Dates: April 23 2026 - May 7 2026
Working Hours (Full Shift): 9:30am – 9:45pm (2 × 30-minute breaks)

Working Hours (Half shifts):

• 9:30am – 3:30pm (1 × 30-minute breaks)
• 3:30pm – 9:45pm (1 × 30-minute breaks)
  Compensation: $12/hour

About the Role

Matcha Masta is looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented part-time Matcha Baristas to join our pop-up team at Takashimaya.

You’ll be responsible for preparing matcha beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day café operations. This role is ideal for individuals with prior café experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare matcha beverages according to brand standards

• Provide warm and attentive customer service

• Take orders and process payments accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the matcha bar

• Track and restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Support daily opening and closing procedures

• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation

• Uphold brand standards and create a positive customer experience

Requirements

• Prior café or barista experience required

• Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently

• Comfortable standing for long periods

• Able to commit to scheduled shifts
