We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand and social initiatives across multiple verticals, including Mobility, Deliveries, and Omnicommerce. This role will focus on developing and executing campaigns that strengthen brand presence, foster engagement on social platforms, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of brand campaigns from concept through launch, collaborating closely with Creative, PR, and Marketing teams.
• Convert brand and business objectives into clear campaign briefs that align with the overall brand story.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaign workstreams progress smoothly and on schedule.
• Support and oversee collaborations with influencers and publishers through agency partners.
• Leverage social listening and analytics tools to guide content decisions and share insights with the wider team.
• Assist in monitoring brand and social outcomes against campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Brings at least 2 years of background in brand marketing, social media, or similar roles; internship and agency exposure are considered valuable.
• Demonstrates strong writing ability with an eye for tone, style, and creative nuance.
• Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and timelines with efficiency and precision.
• Shows interest in leveraging data to guide content and campaign strategies; experience with analytics or listening tools is advantageous.
• Deeply motivated by brand-building, with a desire to understand the strategic purpose behind campaigns rather than focusing only on execution.
• Approaches challenges with initiative, resilience, and a drive to contribute to growth.
