Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Marketing Operations Officer / Senior Officer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Event & Roadshow Coordination – Source venues, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth setup and teardown of roadshows and events.
• Campaign Administration – Track promotions, manage enquiries (Corporate/Group Buy), and prepare campaign materials and Terms & Conditions.
• Inventory & Asset Management – Maintain marketing collaterals, merchandise, and sales kits to ensure all materials are up to date.
• Vendor & Payment Management – Handle quotations, purchase requests, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely vendor settlement.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Compile data on campaign and roadshow performance, including RSVP responses and event feedback.
• Quality & Brand Compliance – Conduct on-site checks during weekends when required to ensure proper setup and consistent brand representation.

Requirements:

• Willing to work weekends when required
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, admin, or operations preferred
• Meticulous with excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva experience is an advantage
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
