Position Summary

The Marketing Manager supports BUZUD’s marketing initiativesby leading a team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns that enhance brandawareness and drive sales growth. This role requires leadership skills,creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital andoffline marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professional to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors, media, and partners for campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
• Support event planning, product launches, and roadshows.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure BUZUD’s branding is consistent across all marketing platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO/SEM).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with good communication and leadership skills.
