Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑impact and emerging athletes aligned to brand strategy and commercial goals 

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of athletes, ensuring consistent performance, output, and contract compliance 

  • Lead athlete negotiations and signings, working closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic partnerships 

  • Plan and activate athlete campaigns to drive measurable growth across e‑commerce, marketplace, and B2B channels 

  • Manage athlete budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and efficient allocation of resources 

  • Track, analyse, and report on athlete performance, impressions, and revenue contributions to optimise activation strategies 

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, and e‑commerce teams to ensure athlete content aligns with commercial priorities 

  • Coordinate travel, events, and in‑market activations to maximise impact and visibility 

Key Requirements:  

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, partnerships, or a commercially driven marketing role 

  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging athletes, agents, and stakeholders 

  • Highly commercial mindset with the ability to link campaigns and partnerships to revenue, ROI, and measurable outcomes 

  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing a large portfolio of athletes and multiple priorities simultaneously 

  • Data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to track performance metrics and optimise strategies 

  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment 

  • Willingness to travel and work across different time zones as required
