Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑impact and emerging athletes aligned to brand strategy and commercial goals
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with a large portfolio of athletes, ensuring consistent performance, output, and contract compliance
Lead athlete negotiations and signings, working closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic partnerships
Plan and activate athlete campaigns to drive measurable growth across e‑commerce, marketplace, and B2B channels
Manage athlete budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and efficient allocation of resources
Track, analyse, and report on athlete performance, impressions, and revenue contributions to optimise activation strategies
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, brand, and e‑commerce teams to ensure athlete content aligns with commercial priorities
Coordinate travel, events, and in‑market activations to maximise impact and visibility
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, partnerships, or a commercially driven marketing role
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging athletes, agents, and stakeholders
Highly commercial mindset with the ability to link campaigns and partnerships to revenue, ROI, and measurable outcomes
Strong organisational skills, capable of managing a large portfolio of athletes and multiple priorities simultaneously
Data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to track performance metrics and optimise strategies
Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Willingness to travel and work across different time zones as required
