Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and drive our brand’s growth in the Singapore market. You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across digital, influencer, and experiential channels, while managing campaigns end-to-end and mentoring junior team members. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand positioning, accelerating customer engagement, and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
Plan and manage annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs.
Translate business goals into actionable campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all channels.
2. Social Media & Content Leadership
Oversee social media strategy, content pillars, and monthly content calendars.
Guide the creation of high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Review and optimize content performance using analytics and insights.
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and evolving consumer behaviours.
3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Lead influencer (KOL) strategy, from identification and negotiation to execution and evaluation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and partners.
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand values, campaign objectives, and storytelling direction.
Track and analyse campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
4. Events, Activations & Brand Experiences
Lead the planning and execution of on-ground events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee pre-event promotions and post-event content amplification across digital platforms.
Evaluate event effectiveness and translate learnings into future activations.
5. Market Research, Insights & Performance Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices within the Singapore market.
6. Team & Stakeholder Management
Guide, mentor, and support junior marketing team members or external collaborators.
Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors where applicable.
7. Others
Support any other ad-hoc marketing initiatives or business requirements as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong experience in social media, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Familiar with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience managing lifestyle, consumer, or startup brands in Singapore.
Proven track record in influencer-led or experiential marketing campaigns.
Experience managing budgets and agencies.
Passion for branding, storytelling, and emerging digital trends.
