Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager (Interior Design)

About the Role
Drive business growth and manage end-to-end client engagement in a fast-paced interior design environment. Suitable for Assistant Managers and Managers ready to own pipelines, lead projects, and deliver winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through research, outreach, and cold calling
• Qualify opportunities and manage client expectations from brief to delivery
• Lead internal coordination (design, costing, proposals) to meet timelines
• Prepare and present proposals, including costing and materials
• Arrange mock-ups/samples and support client presentations
• Build strong client relationships and drive retention
• Develop and maintain marketing collaterals
• Ensure timely, accurate submissions and follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• 3+ years’ relevant experience (interior design preferred)
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Confident communicator with strong presentation ability
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven
