Maternity Cover (April - July 2026)

Monday to Friday 830am – 5.30pm (except Wednesday 8.30am – 6.00pm)

Location: West (Clementi)

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute school open house and education fair events.

2. Coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics, including setup of banners, brochures, and displays.

3. Support monthly marketing campaigns and reporting.

4. Collect and organize sales leads from various marketing resources.

5. Assist with marketing materials and content for regional initiatives.

6. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the marketing team.

Requirements

- Experience in CRM systems and SFMC

- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing campaigns

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
