Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Events Marketing Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of both online and offline marketing initiatives that drive audience engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create marketing creatives using Canva to support campaign objectives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that build lasting connections with target audiences
• Plan, execute, and monitor the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness
• Launch optimized online advertising campaigns on social media channels to increase audience reach and engagement
• Prepare and distribute online and offline newsletters, social media posts, and promotional emails through multiple channels to maximize campaign impact
• Generate creative content marketing ideas and update the company website to maintain fresh and relevant messaging
• Develop, execute, and manage special event highlights to attract and engage the right audience segments
• Measure and analyze digital marketing performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends to inform strategy adjustments
• Research and incorporate current online marketing trends to keep marketing strategies innovative and effective
• Maintain and coordinate partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Prepare comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals
• Design and conceptualize sponsorship kits in collaboration with the Project Manager to support event sponsorship acquisition
• Conceptualize and execute event highlights with operational support to maximize event success
