Marketing Executive

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 11am - 8pm

(May choose to WFH 1-2 days a week, depending on operational needs)

Salary: $3,000 - $3,200

Location: Funan, Bukit Batok and Marine Parade

We are a fast-growing skincare salon with 3 outlets, dedicated to delivering personalized and results-driven treatments to our clients. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who will be the co-founder’s right-hand partner in shaping our brand, growing our customer base, and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Role Overview:

As Marketing Executive, you will oversee all marketing activities, from strategy to day-to-day execution. You will manage content marketing, coordinate with creators, and plan campaigns that drive engagement, bookings, and brand loyalty. You will work closely with the co-founder to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring every campaign reflects our brand values and growth objectives.

 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for all three outlets, aligned with the founder’s vision and business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage content strategy, including creation, scheduling, and repurposing for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with creators, influencers, and partners for collaborations and campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Assist in branding, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including copywriting, visuals, and campaign logistics.
• Act as the founder’s strategic partner, providing recommendations to grow the brand and improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media platforms, and creator partnerships.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing campaigns end-to-end.
• Experienced in analysing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
