Marketing Executive
Your Mission
We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to build and maintain a high-quality prospect database that powers effective marketing campaigns for our international training events, supporting the full commercial pipeline from lead generation through to conversion.
What You'll Be Doing
Email Marketing & Campaigns
• Develop, manage, and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns across relevant platforms and tools.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for improved engagement and conversions.
Prospect Research & Database Management
• Research and profile target companies and decision-makers via LinkedIn, industry directories, trade publications, and professional networks.
• Build and expand prospect databases through digital research and social platforms; verify and enrich existing records by cross-referencing multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and prospect records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity at all times.
Performance & KPIs
• Track and meet KPIs around database quality, data accuracy, campaign engagement, and lead-to-conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management review.
Brand, Content & Marketing Support
• Design marketing collaterals and support website landing page development and UX optimisation in collaboration with vendor partners.
• Contribute to content creation and campaign execution across events, digital channels, and social media platforms, while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Monitor industry trends and surface insights to support management in shaping broader marketing strategies and association partnerships.

What We're Looking For
· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
· More than 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing, business development or lead generation role.
· Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a strong eye for dataaccuracy
· Comfortable navigating digital research tools, LinkedIn and CRM platforms
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
