Job Description:

We are looking for a highly capable and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support the launch and growth of an international school in Singapore. This role requires someone who can independently drive campaigns, coordinate across stakeholders, and execute with speed in a fast-paced launch environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Launch Support

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support school launch and enrolment targets

• Coordinate launch-related marketing activities including open houses, events, roadshows, and promotional initiatives

• Support development and execution of campaign calendars aligned to admissions cycles

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Coordinate with paid media agencies on Google, Meta, and other digital campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation efforts for lead generation and conversion

• Track landing page performance and recommend improvements

CRM & Lead Nurturing

• Support execution of email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM campaigns through HubSpot/other CRM tools

• Maintain lead databases, segmentation, and reporting dashboards

• Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure proper lead follow-up and funnel visibility

Website, SEO & Content

• Manage website content updates and landing page creation

• Support SEO implementation across website and campaign pages

• Coordinate development of blogs, brochures, emailers, and other marketing collateral

Brand & Creative Coordination

• Brief and coordinate with internal/external creative teams on campaign assets

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints

• Support storytelling and positioning initiatives for Heath House

Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports

• Conduct competitor tracking and market research

• Track campaign budgets and vendor deliverables

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience

• Strong digital marketing and campaign execution experience

• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot preferred

• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CMS platforms, and analytics tools

• Prior experience in education/international school marketing preferred

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills

• Comfortable working in a lean team / high-ownership environment
