• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Marketing & Specifications:

• Promote precast concrete systems including structural elements, architectural panels, infrastructure components, and custom precast solutions
• Work with consultants, architects, and structural engineers to achieve product specification and approval
• Prepare and present technical product presentations, method statements, and system comparisons
• Support pre-bid and tender stage activities by providing technical marketing inputs

Sales & Project Support

• Lead project identification, qualification, and opportunity tracking
• Coordinate technical submittals, brochures, datasheets, and project case studies
• Participate in client meetings, design coordination meetings, and site visits
• Support negotiation through value engineering and alternative precast solutions

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Analyze market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor precast systems
• Provide feedback to management on pricing trends, product gaps, and market demands

Digital & Brand Management

• Manage content for website, digital platforms, and social media
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across all marketing materials

Events & Industry Engagement

• Organize and participate in technical seminars, CPD presentations, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the construction ecosystem

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, or construction marketing
