What You Will Do

Event Strategy & Management

• Assist with the planning and execution of a flagship international conference.
• Manage event logistics and stakeholder coordination.
• Drive innovative solutions for event delivery.

International Engagement

• Drive engagement with international partners and speakers.
• Assist to build and maintain relationships across cultures and sectors.

Programme Development

• Develop content and themes for conference programming
• Coordinate with speakers and stakeholders on deliverables
• Manage event deliverables and timelines
• Contribute to broader international relations initiatives

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in any field or its equivalent
• Prior experience in large-scale event planning, conference management, or international engagement
