Key Duties

• Analyse and manage datasets to support sales performance tracking and market insights
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI/Tableau
• Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business growth
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance sales strategy and execution
• Utilise tools such as Microsoft applications, SAP, and internal systems
• Propose and implement improvements to optimise data processes and workflows
• Support workflow automation using Power Automate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business / Engineering discipline
• Candidates should possess proficiencies in Excel and PBI/Tableau
• Knowledge of Power Automate will be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas and improvements
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
