Marketing Coordinator (Web Content Management)

About the role
A public-facing visitor attraction environment is seeking a contract-based professional to support digital content operations and merchandise development initiatives. This role focuses on website content management, migration support, and coordination of product-related activities to enhance visitor engagement and experience.

Job Scope

Website & Digital Content Support

• Support website migration activities including content transfer, testing, and quality checks

• Assist in creating and refining web copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines

• Review, edit, and update existing website content to maintain accuracy and relevance

• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders including IT teams and digital platform partners to resolve technical or content-related issues

• Monitor website performance post-migration and support ongoing updates, maintenance, and issue resolution

• Provide general support for digital content operations and ad hoc tasks as required

Merchandise Development Support

• Research and propose merchandise ideas based on visitor profiles, market trends, and brand positioning

• Work with external partners on product development, specifications, and quality requirements

• Review design outputs including mockups, prototypes, and samples across development stages

• Track product performance and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of merchandise offerings

• Support general merchandising-related coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

• Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in website content management, digital operations, marketing, or product/merchandise development

• Comfortable working with content systems, basic digital tools, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment

• Good communication and coordination skills

Contract Details

• Duration: 5 months

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Nearest MRT: Napier MRT (TE12) and Botanic Gardens MRT (CC19/DT9)

• Salary: $16 to $18 per hour
