Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of integrated marketing and CRM initiatives, with a strong focus on social media engagement and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibility

  1. Social Media & Community Operations - Support the day-to-day operations of the brand’s social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to customer inquiries in line with brand guidelines.   
  2. Marketing Campaign Support - Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal teams to ensure marketing assets are correctly prepared, scheduled, and deployed across relevant channels. 
  3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Loyalty Administration - Provide operational support for CRM and membership programmes, including responding to standard customer queries, updating FAQ content, and assisting with routine customer communications and loyalty initiatives.
  4. Event & Activation Support - Provide hands-on logistical and administrative support for offline brandactivations, pop-up events, and marketing launches, including on-site support during event or campaign days where required.
  5. Reporting & Administrative Support - Assist in compiling weekly performance reports, tracking competitor activity, and maintaining organised records of creative assets and campaign materials.

Requirement 

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome.
  • Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (Red Note) for content posting, community monitoring, and basic engagement activities.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple routine tasks accurately.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to support platform moderation and basic customer communication where required for Xiaohongshu.
