We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and digital engagement, with a strong background in social media marketing, ability to source and design physical collateral, and operational know how. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in building our restaurant’s online presence, engaging with guests and sometimes getting their hands a little dirty!

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, website, emails, physical collateral

· Create engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics that highlight menu items, promotions, events, and unique offerings.

· Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages on social media platforms as well as review platforms such as google review, in a timely and professional manner.

· Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to promote new dishes, seasonal menus, and special events.

· Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

· Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters and other digital marketing materials.

· Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to keep the marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Qualifications

· Proven experience managing business social media accounts, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

· Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events as needed.
