Job Summary

Join our boutique Pilates studio as a Marketing & Operations Intern to co-create marketing campaigns, produce engaging content, and support daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in brand development and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and the website to engage and grow the community
• Capture and edit photography and video content that reflects the studio’s energy and brand identity
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive studio environment
• Manage the booking system efficiently to support smooth studio operations
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness
• Adapt to flexible work arrangements, including working from home one day per week after training

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, or Design
• Demonstrated passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation with a willingness to contribute ideas and learn
• Artistic skills in photography and video production, comfortable appearing in social media videos
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, sociable, and proactive attitude
• Organized, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving in a dynamic environment
• Personal Instagram account with over 1,000 followers is a plus, indicating social media savvy

Other Information

• Full-time internship for 3 to 6 months
• Monthly allowance: $700 (Diploma) to $1,000 (Bachelor)
