Our client, a Singapore-based building products company, is looking for a Marketing & Specification Manager to drive product specification and market presence within the region's construction sector. You'll be the key link between our client's product range and the architects, consultants, and developers who specify it.

What You'll Do

• Engage architects, consultants, developers, and relevant authorities at concept and design stages to get products specified or approved
• Track project pipelines to ensure timely conversion of specifications into secured projects
• Maintain accurate reporting on project status, market activity, and new opportunities
• Support marketing and sales through seminars, advertisements, trade fairs, and other branding initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and inform business strategy
• Work with the R&D team to relay market needs and trends, supporting product innovation and pricing strategy
• Identify marketing opportunities, evaluate competitor strengths/weaknesses, and develop strategies to differentiate the product/system
• Meet assigned specification work targets across projects

Core Key Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Structural, Building, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline)
• Relevant experience in product/system specification work within the construction industry
• Good understanding of construction practices and/or design compliance standards in South East Asia
• Established network of relationships with architects and consultants
• Strong presentation, engagement, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willing to travel; possesses own vehicle
