About the Role:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic Brand Sales & Marketing Executive to join their branch network across the island! In this role, you will engage with potential customers directly at bank branches, promoting banking products, driving customer acquisition, and contributing to the branch’s outreach initiatives. This is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market banking products to potential customers at various bank branches.
• Build relationships with customers and drive acquisition targets.
• Support branch activations, roadshows, and community engagement events.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Track and report performance metrics, providing insights to enhance engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum N-level qualification with at least 3 passes.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; confident engaging with diverse customers.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Able and willing to be stationed at multiple bank branches across the island.
