Job Description

Location: Queenstown

This responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and strategic Public Relation plans to promote the products across various channels

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

·      Plan, execute, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns to promote the brand

·      Develop and implement marketing strategies the company(Sales & Aftersales)

·      Manage advertising, media buying, and public relations efforts

·      Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

·      Drive customer engagement through targeted email campaigns, social media, and events

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

·      Monitor and report on key performance metrics for marketing initiatives

·      Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

·      Plan and support product launches, trade shows, and dealer promotions

Public Relations

·      Responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations plans that align with the organization's broader goals and objectives

·      Setting clear, measurable objectives, identifying target audiences, and crafting key messages that will resonate with those audiences

·      Create annual and quarterly public relations plans with key campaigns, milestones, and activations

·      Safeguard and enhance organization and brands’ reputation by continuously monitoring public sentiment, both online and offline, and addressing any negative feedback or perceptions promptly

·      Proactively work to build and maintain a positive image for organization and brands by highlighting its achievements, values, and contributions to society

Media Relations

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with the media

·      Develop and nurture relationships with editors, journalists, KOLs, and media outlets by pitching stories, arranging interviews, and generating media coverage that promotes brands’ and organisation’s messages, products, or services

·      Secure proactive media coverage in mainstream media, lifestyle, trade, and automotive media (or relevant to industry)

Reputation & Crisis Management

·      Safeguard and enhance organization and brands’ reputation by continuously monitoring public sentiment, both online and offline, and addressing any negative feedback or perceptions promptly

·      Proactively work to build and maintain a positive image for organization and brands by highlighting its achievements, values, and contributions to society

·      Identify risks early and manage public relations responses to potential issues, complaints, or crises

·      Develop and maintain a comprehensive Crisis Communications Plan, including escalation protocols

·      Act as the key lead during crisis situations —managing stakeholder communications, media responses, and internal updates

·      Prepare crisis holding statements, Q&A documents, and real-time reactive messaging

·      Conduct regular crisis simulations and media training for leadership and spokespeople

·      Lead crisis communication planning and messaging frameworks

Public Relations Campaigns & Event Management

·      Organizing and managing events such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs to promote the organization and engage with stakeholders

·      Coordinate media attendance and coverage for product launches, partnerships, and corporate events

Key Requirements

·      At least 5 years of experience in marketing, and public relations management preferably in the automotive industry or consumer goods sector

·      Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and content marketing

·      Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)

·      Experience with brand management and strategic positioning

·      Ability to work with creative teams to produce high-quality content and materials to engage and resonate with the public and embody the brand’s values

·      Ability to analyse public sentiment, media coverage and effectiveness of public relations campaigns for making informed decisions and adjustments
