About Us

Homeswift is an AI-powered real estate platform making it easier for Singaporeans to find, research, and move into their next home. We're building a consumer-first product in a space that hasn't changed much in decades — and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a creative intern to help us build our brand across short-form video and long-form audio — someone who can move between creating a punchy TikTok and producing a well-researched podcast episode.

What You'll Do

Short-form content (TikTok & Instagram)

• Create short-form video content — educational, entertaining, or both
• Ideate and pitch content concepts weekly — you'll have real creative input, not just execution
• Shoot, edit, and publish independently (we move fast, low approval layers)
• Research trending formats, sounds, and topics relevant to property, personal finance, and Singapore lifestyle
• Manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram presence
• Engage with our community — comments, DMs, and conversations
• Track content performance and use data to improve future output

Podcast production

• Research topics, angles, and potential guests for Homeswift's podcast
• Conduct on-the-ground research — speak to agents, buyers, renters, and industry insiders to surface stories worth telling
• Assist with pre-production: outlines, briefing notes, question prep
• Support recording sessions and handle post-production editing
• Help shape the podcast into a go-to resource on Singapore property

What We're Looking For

• Active TikTok or Instagram creator — show us something you've made, even if it's personal
• Strong visual instinct — you know what looks good and what gets scrolled past
• Comfortable on camera and/or behind it
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or anything that gets the job done)
• Curious and people-oriented — comfortable reaching out to strangers, asking questions, and finding the interesting angle in a conversation
• Genuine interest in content, storytelling, or podcasting
• Self-directed — you don't need someone to tell you what's trending
• Bonus: interest in Singapore real estate, personal finance, or consumer tech
• Bonus: prior experience in podcast production, journalism, or interview-based content

Commitment

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered with a minimum of 3–4 days per week
• Minimum 3 months; longer preferred
