Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile professional to support our marketing, content creation, and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone organized, creative, and proactive, who can balance client-facing tasks with behind-the-scenes support.

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Content Creation

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (social media, email, etc.)
  • Shoot, film, and edit photos/videos for marketing purposes
  • Assist with graphic design and content creation

2. Administrative & Paperwork

  • Respond to client and partner enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation

3. Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing activities and events
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or administrative support.
  • Prior experience in shooting and filming content for social media or marketing purposes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus for B2B or client interactions).
  • Experience handling client enquiries, coordinating B2B matters, or supporting administrative operations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic marketing tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and marketing trends.
