Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for marine provisions and chandler goods

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply

Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs based on vessel schedules and client demands

Prepare and issue purchase orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain stock availability

Analyze cost trends and identify cost-saving opportunities

Maintain accurate procurement records and support invoice verification processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in the marine industry or related field

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Good analytical and cost control abilities

Proficient in basic office software and documentation management

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Good communication skills
