Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, measurements, installations, repairs, and overhauls in Singapore and across the region.
• Service and maintain mechanical components including couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, and fluid couplings.
• Travel regionally and liaise closely with customers and the head office in Europe.
• Advise customers on appropriate service solutions in line with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering specialist technical support.
• Coordinate and execute service projects, including planning, milestone tracking, and progress reviews.
• Schedule service jobs and coordinate activities within the service team.
• Prepare and submit visit reports and service reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper upkeep, organisation, and inventory control of the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Marine, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• No experience is required; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving licence (manual).
• Open to working in marine and industrial environments, including inspections, overhauls, repairs, and deliveries.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently on short notice and work overtime when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Experience in the marine sector involving diesel engines, gearboxes, and gensets is an added advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in using SAP systems is an added advantage.
