Job Title: Manufacturing Technician (Cleanroom - 4-Day Work Week)

Salary: Up to $2,800 + Shift Allowances ($10/$15) + $100 Transport + AWS + Quarterly Bonus

The Schedule (12-Hour Rotating Shifts):

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:10 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:10 AM

What You Will Do:

• Operate & Optimize: Manage high-speed automated production lines. Set up equipment, monitor performance dashboards, and ensure output meets strict quality benchmarks.

• Troubleshoot: Act as the first line of defense for machinery alarms. Diagnose and resolve minor stoppages immediately to minimize downtime; escalate complex issues clearly to the engineering team.

• Ensure Quality: Conduct in-process inspections, reject non-conforming parts, and maintain precise digital logs to guarantee every product meets specifications.

• Maintain Cleanroom Standards: Adhere strictly to gowning protocols and contamination control to preserve the integrity of the manufacturing environment.
