Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Analyst to strengthen and optimize our enterprise PLM environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth integration between Product Lifecycle Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems, while also providing end-to-end support for PLM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily operational support for PLM applications, including:
  Workflow setup and adjustments
  User access and security management
  Integration with CAD systems
  User account administration and bulk data uploads
• Work closely with Oracle and other vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Maintain and enhance system integrations between PLM and SCM platforms.
• Investigate and perform root cause analysis of system or data-related issues.
• Map, document, and monitor data flows across multiple enterprise applications.
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agile PLM or Oracle Fusion Product Management (an advantage but not essential).
• Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and data flow management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of CAD tools and their connectivity with PLM platforms.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education & Professional Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system analysis, or PLM-related environments.
