• Assist with new products start-up and Customer returns process
• Identify waste and improve the manufacturing processes
• Provide support to production equipment and tools
• Strive to meet Departmental cost and Quality objectives
• Follow up closely on daily Quality trends and analyze daily Quality issues

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years of similar experience within manufacturing industry problem-solving skills
• Prior knowledge with SMT process is an added advantage
• Able to function as a good team player
