Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers in daily operations (programming, tooling, routing, secondary processes).
• Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
• Monitor production efficiency and machine utilization.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production issues.
• Support new technologies, tooling, and CAPEX projects.
• Ensure HSE compliance and maintain CAD plant layout.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in precision machining.
• Strong knowledge in multi-axis machining and secondary processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and CAD (AutoCAD / SolidWorks).
• Able to read engineering drawings and lead a team effectively.
• Have hands on machining experience and 5CT/API knowledge is an advantage.
