• Conduct shift handovers and address operational or process issues promptly.
• Plan manpower, overtime, and consumable usage for smooth operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing-related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in high-tech/high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with clear communication skills.
