We are looking for a experienced Manufacturing Engineer to perform final system setup, process run, test and buyoff. The successful candidate must be able to continuously improve manufacturing process to ensure product quality and reduce manufacturing cost. Excellent technical knowledge, trouble-shooting capability, hands-on skills and teamwork are necessary.

Responsibilities

- Perform final system setup, process run, test and final buyoff

- Setup and produce manufacturing procedure and checklist to ensure consistent product quality

- Document and prepare manufacturing BOM

- Determine root cause for issues that arise during assembly and/or testing of systems

- Continuously improve manufacturing process

- Require to support field service work when needed

Requirements

- Must be hands-on, self motivated, independent and able to work under high pressure

- Good interpersonal, communications skills as well as leadership qualities are essential

- Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 years experience in machinery and automation systems manufacturing
