• Located at Queenstown
• Salary Range: $6,000 – $7,200
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a recruitment team, providing mentorship and performance oversight
• Co-develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organisational hiring needs
• Ensure operational excellence across recruitment processes and compliance standards
• Monitor industry hiring trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior management
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders including hiring managers, agencies and educational institutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Healthcare industry with proven experience leading recruitment teams
• Demonstrated experience managing high recruitment volumes in a structured environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to develop and execute strategic hiring initiatives
