Job Description
Role Overview
The Legacy Programmes Manager launches and scales MTFA's recurring revenue initiatives, including Khairat (monthly service subscriptions), Will-Writing services, and CPF Nomination programmes. This role builds new revenue streams that create long-term sustainability for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Khairat Monthly Subscription Programme
- Launch and scale Khairat monthly subscription service
- Develop pricing model, service tiers, and terms
- Build subscriber onboarding and customer journey
- Set up payment processing for recurring billing
- Create marketing materials and communications
- Monitor subscriber growth, retention, and programme performance
Legacy Giving
- Launch legacy giving services (will-writing support, CPF nomination guidance, etc)
- Build pipeline of legacy giving prospects
- Create donor education materials on estate planning
- Partner with financial and legal professionals
- Develop stewardship for legacy donors
Programme Operations
- Manage payment processing, billing, and collections
- Handle subscriber enquiries and service delivery
- Build operational processes and documentation
- Track and report on programme metrics
- Identify growth and optimisation opportunities
Collaboration
- Work with fundraising and marketing teams on programme promotion
- Partner with donor relations on subscriber retention
- Coordinate with finance and IT on platform integration
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer, consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Social Services, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of programme management, product launch, or subscription business experience.
- Strong project management skills (building programmes from scratch).
- Customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Comfortable with financial operations (billing, payments).
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
