Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with content partners, training providers, and professional bodies.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals with support from Legal.
• Oversee the content lifecycle: evaluate, refresh, update, or retire content.
• Analyse content performance and prepare insights for stakeholders.
• Work with Product, Tech, Sales, and Legal to ensure seamless content delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in digital learning, content strategy, partnerships, or L&D ecosystem roles.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with content governance or digital learning platforms.
• Analytical, organised, and confident working cross‑functionally.
