• Lead the hospital business office operations, including timely patient billing, claims processing, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, account reconciliation and revenue processes

• Drive workflow transformation, digitalisation, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and optimise manpower utilisation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in billing and operations management in healthcare institutions
• Good understanding of healthcare billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC operations
• Some experience in healthcare systems implementation or transformation projects preferred
