Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the department
• Lead, guide, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals and performance standards
• Plan manpower allocation, workflows, and operational priorities effectively
• Review and improve processes, policies, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Prepare and present management reports, budgets, forecasts, and operational analysis
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, customers, and authorities where necessary
• Handle escalations, operational issues, and decision-making matters promptly and professionally
• Support Management in strategic planning, business improvements, and organisational initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, team collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department
• Participate in audits, projects, and company-wide initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline preferred
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant working experience, including supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Mature, independent, and results-oriented
• Strong organisational and team management capabilities
