Job Description

• Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties
• Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
• Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
• Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
• Manpower scheduling for staff.
• Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
• Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Salary range $4500-$8000
