1. Asset Management

• Assume ownership of the operating and financial performance of assets under assigned portfolio.
  
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to implement repositioning and enhancement initiatives to maximise asset value during the investment holding period.
  
• Conduct ongoing financial and performance analysis to support asset management and divestment decisions.
  
• Oversee and manage external asset and fund managers responsible for assigned assets.
  
• Support the Finance team on loan covenant compliance, refinancing, and related financing matters.

2. Divestment

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market transactions and divestment opportunities.
  
• Support the Asset Management team in divestment underwriting, analysis, and deal execution.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Support group-wide initiatives, including sustainability and capitalisation rate outlook assessments.
  
• Monitor space and investment market trends relevant to assigned asset classes and geographic regions, including emerging markets such as Europe.
  
• Participate as part of the ESG team to drive and support the company’s sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in real estate, finance, or investment-related industries.
  
• Independent self-starter with strong initiative, sound business acumen, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in property-related cash flow and financial modelling.
  
• Experience in implementing sustainability initiatives will be an advantage
  
• Knowledge of European real estate markets and proficiency in one or more European languages will be advantageous.
