Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

• Engage with clients for consultation, solutioning, and end-to-end project execution.
• Perform SAP Basis tasks including installation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, Cloud Connector, Solution Manager (SolMan), and CALM.
• Execute system upgrades (S/4HANA Upgrades, SPS), client copies, system refreshes, and configuration of SAML, SSO, CHARM, and TMS.
• Manage SAP system architecture, hardware sizing, and integration landscapes.
• Lead SAP Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery initiatives.
• Oversee and implement S/4HANA data migration and transformation during new implementations and system upgrades.
• Develop and execute cutover plans and migration runbooks.
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and ensuring stability and availability.
• Coordinate SAP patch upgrades and Unix OS patching activities.
• Configure and support SAP BTP and Workzone, with expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party integrations.
• Design and implement data migration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Apply performance optimization techniques within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Support presales activities by developing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support bid processes and identify new business opportunities.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. If you are someone with:

• A good Bachelor Degree from an accredited university, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
• Manager will require a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP BASIS/ ABAP Application and Administration.
• Has experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
• Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus.
• Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
• Ability to lead teams.
• Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution.
• Broad understanding of SAP design. Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies
• Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
