The job holder will be part of the Fair Employment Management team in the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

The selected candidate will be required to:

• Prepare and seek funding approvals for internal system development
• Plan, track and manage budget allocated
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align business requirements and facilitate timely delivery of system enhancements
• Monitor and report KPIs
• Support execution of system maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, as well as data security regulations
• Oversee other general administration and compliance as required

Job Requirements

• Excellent project management capabilities with experience in planning, tracking and risk mitigation
• Effective stakeholder engagement and ability to secure buy-in across multiple teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor KPs and resolve system issues
• Able to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally
