Job Description

As a member of our Management trainee Program, you will be developed as a potential candidate for store and area management roles. Through systematic learning and hands-on practice, you will acquire essential management skills, fully support store operations, and progressively enhance professional capabilities to build a strong foundation for future career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master core store management competencies, including shift planning, manpower deployment, inventory ordering, and cost control, as preparation for advancement into store and area management roles.
  • Provide comprehensive support for daily store operations, including beverage preparation, fulfillment, cashiering, customer engagement, and material handling related to tea blending and ingredients, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times.
  • Under the guidance of an assigned mentor, progressively develop advanced store operation capabilities such as sales and performance analysis, inventory optimisation, staff scheduling, and productivity management.
  • Gradually participate in store-level decision-making and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Assist the Store Supervisor in enforcing operational procedures, brand standards, food safety, and service excellence benchmarks to enhance store efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above, preferably in F&B Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related disciplines. Fresh graduate are welcome.
  • Strong interest in the F&B and consumer brand industry, with the commitment to long-term career development.
  • High adaptability and resilience, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong learning agility and a proactive attitude toward continuous development of professional, operational, and leadership skills.
  • Able to communicate in basic English or Chinese to meet the business needs of the company.

Bonus:

  • Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Candidates with Food Hygiene Cert will be an added advantage.
  • Short notice period or can start immediately will be preferred.
