-Manage the daily operations of the company

-Responsible for the business performance of the company

-Ensure compliance with operations standards and procedures and upkeep of the company

-Create a fun and motivating environment for staff to work in

-Training and development of staff in organization

-Ensure proper conduct of staff in the organization

-Handle feedback professionally

-Administrative duties across departments in the company

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable capacity

Self-motivated, people orientated and a team player

Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast pace environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
