About the Role

Our client in the public sector is seeking a proactive and organised Management Executive to support programme coordination, volunteer engagement initiatives, events and administrative operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy planning projects, coordinating stakeholders and contributing to meaningful community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme implementation, workshops and engagement activities

• Support planning and execution of events and volunteer initiatives

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain databases and update records accurately

• Process administrative documentation and payment-related matters

• Prepare reports, presentation materials and event resources

• Provide general administrative and project coordination support

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Arts & Social Science, Business or Hospitality preferred)

• Experience in programme coordination, project support, events or administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Experience using Canva will be an advantage

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently
