The Program

A hands-on rotational program across Project Sales, Product Distribution, and Service Maintenance. You will learn the full business cycle—from pitching to delivery—while working on major commercial and public infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do

• Client Engagement: Shadow senior leaders in meetings with key decision-makers (developers, contractors, consultants).
• Solution Design: Learn to read building plans and propose smart AV, acoustics, and collaboration systems.
• Bidding & Proposals: Help draft commercial tenders, technical compliance sheets, and pricing for government/corporate bids.
• Partnerships: Coordinate with top global hardware and tech brands to ensure smooth project execution.
• Pipeline Management: Track sales leads and contracts using CRM tools.

Who You Are

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or Marketing.
• Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience (full training given).
• Soft Skills: Strong presenter, proactive, adaptable, and commercially driven.
• Interest: Curious about integrated hardware/software tech systems.
